As a personal fitness trainer and and the owner of a private fitness studio in Cliffside Park, New Jersey. I am always trying to motivate my clients to make sure that they put their workouts in with me weekly. Consistency is the key to making progress in health and fitness. A working out a minimum of two times a week you can maintain a very healthy fit body and keep your weight under control. Of course if you did it between three or four times a week you can get faster and more aggressive results. Still thing key ingredient is consistency. Getting your workouts in week in and week out would get your fitness goals in check.
