Like the famous Nike’s logo, just do it as simple and easy as a motivational saying can get. As a personal fitness trainer and a weight-loss specialist. This is my favorite motivational saying. I wish more people that  Interested in weight loss could understand the simple meaning of this catchy phrase.

Once you reach to the point where you want to change. And accept the fact that you have to change. This slogan comes in very handy. It is very simple to understand and absorb.

Now let’s get behind the meaning of this logo. Just do it can mean a lot of things to many people.

As a personal fitness trainer I would like to explain and describe what this means to me. Just do it means not to over think. Whatever plan you have in mind taking action at the moment that’s needed. A great example of this would be in the morning for breakfast. Getting up going downstairs and preparing a healthy breakfast without thinking about it is a great way to start your day. Don’t think of how hungry you are or not. Have a plan of what to eat. Just make the food. Don’t think if you’re hungry or how you feel. Cook it and put it in front of you and let it rest. Trusting me as a weight-loss specialist in the motivator to people who need help with their fitness goals.  this symbol idea I always recommend to my clients that work with me in my private fitness studio in Cliffside Park, New Jersey.

Once this is accomplished. Your natural instincts to eat will kick in. Slowly start to prepare yourself to eat your breakfast. Don’t press yourself if you finish it, or you don’t feel like it. Once the breakfast is in front of you, your natural instinct to eat will take over. That’s it. Try it and it works. Just do it!
