It is crucial to make the first step and to get up from the sofa. People who feel tired just want to lie down and watch TV, but the truth is that this won’t help you much. You will relax in a better way if you take a deep breath, find the strength inside you and start exercising.
Stretch and breathe deeply, play music and dance while you prepare for your routine. You will improve the blood flow, your body will wake up and you’ll be in the mood for a new round of exercises.
