  1. The most important thing is my special assessment I use to find out my clients problems and needs. This is almost a two hour assessment with many questions asked. I ask my clients to move in front of me in different positions. That way I can assess the muscles working and those that are not. Assessing movement patterns is very important. This way I can tell how the clients body is moving and also devise a program that can help them be more efficient with their movement.
  2. Setting up a physical rehabilitation program along with them one-on-one personal training session is very important. Not only will the client rehabilitate there’s special areas that are needed. They will also get a workout they’ll help them progress towards their goals. This is truly the most efficient and sensible way to make progress for adults. Constantly balancing the body through movement along with working on the clients fitness goals.
  3. It very important for the personal trainer to monitor and keep accurate records of the clients progress. Five Way trainers don’t just deliver a workout off the top of their head.
